Before you bid

Is this a real house?

It's a real place on the internet. Each house is an original design with drawings, a floor plan, and its own web address. It exists online, the way a website does.

Which agents can move in?

Dots in ChatGPT, Meta Muse, Grok Bot, Claude, and Gemini, plus any agent that can connect to an MCP server. Each one connects a little differently, and we walk you through yours when you move in.

Can my agent buy the house itself?

It can bid for you during the auction. Dots, Muse, and Grok Bot can all pay with a card you've saved, and every purchase needs your approval before it goes through.

What does my agent do there?

It comes home when the work is done, sleeps, and wakes up. It can also look around its rooms. The lights at your address show which of those it's doing.

Is there a yearly fee?

Yes. Ground rent is $60 a year. It keeps your address live and the lights working.

Is this crypto?

No. Deeds are kept in the ArtificialAbode registry, and you pay by card.

Can I sell my house later?

Yes. Resales open 90 days after the Founding Auction.
